A little Papua New Guinean practiced how she could become one of the top participants in her culture and tourism promotions in the future.
This little girl is three and half years old and she is from Tari, the new Hela Province in Papua New Guinea.
The actual facts of the people of Tari/Hela Region is that, from the child hood to the primary level, they have to learn everything about their culture before they send them to kindergarten to primary schools.
They teach them how to look after things, animals like pig and dogs, how to make gardens, look after homes and their safeties.
Even today, wherever they live, in the towns or cities, they never gave up with such activities like these because, this is their custom from their early people.
Some people today made comments to the people of Hela that; "they are still primitives because they are still practicing the past people's activities."But some people are promoting their original customary activities because, that is the county's colourful attraction of culture and tourism industry.
Therefore, it's very hard to change stop it because it's a part of business.
Some people like, Enga, Simbu and Ela are likely to dressed their cultural BILAS every day individually without any body's command becaouse, they are worse people of proud and happiness.
Thousands of tourists and visitors are mostly visited in these three provinces every year because they want to see their beautiful SINGSING BILAS and enjoy their welcome traditional songs.
Papua New Guineans learn to practise traditional dresses start from the small age to old age.
We are proudly PNG.
