Destroys Environment at Office Gates are Naughty.

In the Beautiful City of Port Moresby today, at the entrance of main gates and doors there must be a care taker and securities to keep everything including environments are there.
They have all rights in responsible of safekeeping of every locations for the poor and healthy premises and plants also.
But the attitude problems of the real human being care takers and securities are showing very stupidities actions on such beautiful plants like this in the areas.
Just because of the hottest climate of the National Capital district and outside Port Moresby is on the highest temperature and hard to control. Therefore, they need to plant more trees, palm trees and other plants to produce shades to give cool and protect from the sun light.
Instead of carrying an extra care-ness of such beautiful palm trees like this, one of the Engan idiot cleaner at the gate of the main central office of the Lands Transport office at Gordons, he normally burns all the rubbish right at the root of it mean to kill the plants while it is very innocent. 
Very sadly, the plants leaves already becoming brown and not long it will be dried up if he continuous  to burn all his rubbish. Even the staffs of the office never control and stop the lunatic person to stop burnings any dry boxes and rubbish there. They all became same as the idiot cleaner they have employed.
Actually, they don't like plants and any environments around the community and their office doors. They should keep this palm continue to grow well but, see they have already destroyed disturbed so anytime it can be dried up.
Very big application is that; our environment is key and beauty of our community. Lets keep our beautiful environment very safe and they can save us from heats.
