Beautiful Environment Around Port Moresby City

Erima Hilltop Between 8 mile and Golf Club
People residing around the resident and settlements in the National Capital District are beautifying their next hilltops around them with peanut, corn and other food crops that can grow well on such lands.
These food crops are maturely grown by the people of Eastern Highlands from the Highlands Region of Papua New Guinea.

They know exactly when will be a rainy period so they have to prepare the seeds and cleared a secret place or hilltops for them to plant their seeds.

From the months of September, October and November, they have to get prepare for the seeds and a place for them to plant because from December to January, they'll be the rain periods in National Capital, Central, Gulf, Northern and Milne Bay. That's the time they plant their seeds and waited.
From February, March and April are months they have to wait and weeding and then mid of April to May are the times of harvest.

After harvesting their crops, they normally carried them down to the market places and then earn money for them to help their children to buy their needs and other uses.
People from other provinces made comments for the beautiful environments by looking down from air crafts , other hilltops and towns saying, 'that is the sign of the Eastern Highlanders any where you see gardens like that.'
These is because, they brought up in such customary talents like this in their real home land in the Eastern Highlands of Papua New Guinea, which means, they are top gardeners in Papua New Guinea than other provinces.
In the National Capital District, maturity of the Eastern Highlander's favorite market place is in between National Parliament house and Telikom PNG Building where there is no government text there.
At that market, you will find best and fresh vegetables and other fresh garden foods and that's the only busiest hide away market in the city.
The entrance of hide away is where the Pineapple Building or we call the Marea Haus along the Cameron Speed way.
