New City Hall, Port Moresby.

The new CITY HALL is a new office for the National Capital District Commission in Port Moresby.
The office was skated by one of the local artists in Port Moresby in own talented vision and dreams.
Previously, the office was located in the Lagatoi Building but in 2013, they have started to build their own office on the other side of the Lagatoi House.

The National Capital District Commission spends thousands of Kinas to rent the CITY HALL LAGATOI building for the past years.

The NCD Governor, Mr. Powes Parkop must be so tired of paying rents every two weeks in the Lagatoi House, when he show that; there is enough money to build the new private office for the National Capital District Commission called, "the CITY HALL."
He brought his agenda in the parliament to build the new office for the NCDC and they have agreed to satisfy the request as he is a National Capital District Governor.

Governor Parkop fulfills his vision and dreams from 2007 and on wards to build the Capital City of Papua New Guinea with High-rise buildings, roads and streets, overhead bridges,  markets and business houses, flowering plants, creative graphical art walls, Culture and Tourism Industrial activities, Sports facilities, Education and more.
